One European agency, the "Organization for Security and Co-Operation in Europe" [or OSCE], is sending "monitors" to "observe" our General Election in November, 2012.  They have done this for a number of years [~2002], but maybe 10 years is enough and they need to mind their own business in 2012.  Don't Mess With Texas! Our Texas Attorney General, Greg Abbott, has made a bold stand to confront them on this. It would seem that Europe might be more focused on its own house before looking to find Voting Rights violations in Texas.

Texas voters and Election officials should keep an eye out for these monitors and make sure they do not violate any Texas state election laws.
